It's quiet, close to the university. 10 min walk from Downtown Berkeley BART, 3 movies theaters, Groceries (Safeway, Walgreens) and a lot of restaurants. Berkeley gourmet ghetto is 4 blocks away. In addition to that, you're very close to Berkeley Hills and Tilden park. Top neighborhood."
