The building has bike storage available at no additional charge so you don't need to leave your bike in your apartment. The building also has private garages, shared garages, and additional storage available at an additional cost.
STANDARD DEPOSIT:
$450 refundable plus $300 non-refundable fee. We may ask for an additional deposit based on income, credit score, or background check
PET POLICY:
Limit of two pets per apartment
Limit one dog per apartment in all other properties
Dogs must be over 2 years old and under 30lbs
No aggressive dog breeds
PET DEPOSIT:
$250 refundable, $250 non-refundable fee, plus $25/month pet rent. This deposit would be an addition to the standard deposit
