Room Description

Two upstairs private rooms are available for rent in a fully upgraded two story 3 beds 2.5 bath house conveniently located in a gated community at the center of Green Valley Legacy Village. The house is minutes away to the 215 & Green Valley exit, with many restaurants, shops and grocery stores around. 5 minutes away from Smiths, Starbucks, Wholefoods, Trader Joe's and The District shopping center. Neighborhood is fully landscaped with parks and biking trails around.

Furnished room is $725/month with driveway parking. Unfurnished room (currently has a wall-mount TV, can be furnished if requested) is $675/month with off street parking. Utilities and wifi are included. These two rooms will be sharing a standard full bathroom. Access to kitchen, laundry and backyard. A new fridge will be provided in the kitchen for the two roommates to share.
Requirements: single females with verifiable working income. House is no smoking, no pets and no drugs. Easy cooking. Income and background check is required before signing the lease. One month rent as security deposit.

    "Neighbors are friendly, You can walk the neighborhood at any time and feel safe. There good schools in the neighborhood. It is a master planned development built in the last 25 years. The homes have larger back yards then whats available now in new homes. It is located in Henderson, NV which has the 6th lowest crime rate in the Nation. Shopping, Movie Theaters, Hundreds of Restaurants, Churches of all denominations, Casino's, and parks are all located within a one mile of my home."
