We offer the flexibility you need to make your move as stress free as possible. We also have tenants that liked the place so much they stayed for years.

We also host regional sales and service reps needing an economical Central Texas location to base out of. The guest quarters are ideal for someone looking for a live/work solution...with both wifi and hard connections for internet. We are a great alternative to extended stay hotels.

Centrally located just north of San Antonio near the intersection of Hwy 306 and 281. Nearby cities: San Antonio, Blanco, Bulverde, Boerne, New Braunfels, Schertz, Cibolo, Seguin, San Marcos, Dripping Springs and Austin.

Short term month to month lease - $1950 for one month $1800 per month for two months or $1650 per month for three months or longer... all bills paid.

Peace and quiet abounds, white-tail and axis deer are abundant, as are fox, raccoons, armadillo, o’possum, rabbits, ring-tail cats, many songbirds, coyotes and even mountain lions are seen occasionally."
