No pitbulls or aggressive animals, but pets are allowed. No junk cars. Must be considerate to other neighbors. No loud music. No smoking tabacco products inside and all cigarette butts in receptacle. Will be subjected to a background check, no sex offenders, no violent offenses in the past 7 years.
This is a month to month lease, to pay first and last months rent upfront.

    "We have neighborhood fish fry, chili cook off, weekly food trucks, Halloween hay ride. Great amenities with pool, pickleball court and beautiful park and fishing pond. Everyone is friendly and neighbors help each other out. "

Peace and quiet abounds, white-tail and axis deer are abundant, as are fox, raccoons, armadillo, o’possum, rabbits, ring-tail cats, many songbirds, coyotes and even mountain lions are seen occasionally."
