Mark Ivy, Architect and Stu Gustafson, Builder collaboration with current and only home owners. Built in 1991. The open floor plan is a joy to live in. The high ceilinged living room with clerestory windows is a particularly special room.

Roof replaced about 1995 by Wiker Roofing. Total Kitchen and 1/2 bathroom rebuild by Jim Dunlap in 2007. Dunlap rebuilt both front and back decks with marine lumber and plywood and Trex in 2007, and installed ne Skylights in master bedroom and master bathroom. Master bathroom rebuild by Jim Dunlap in 2008. Landscaping with pavers and gravity blocks in 2008. New insulated garage door in 2010. Second bathroom total rebuild by Terry Schnese in 2017.

    "Popular, older, established, quiet neighborhood in most desired area of Turnagain, old Turnagain north of West Northern Lights Blvd. Near elementary school. Nice walking/biking/cross-country skiing neighborhood next to Coastal Trail. A lot of vegetation for birds and moose. Only 5-10 minutes to downtown and 5-10 minutes to airport. Easy access to to South Anchorage shopping. Close to midtown shopping and eating out while not a midtown neighborhood. New businesses and remodeled shopping centers nearby but far enough away to be purely quiet residential."
