Moose Time Properties proudly offers the Moose Pad, our 4-Bedroom, 2 bathroom, Alaska themed pet-friendly apartment, nestled in the forest below the Chugach Mountains in peaceful Southside Anchorage. Perfect for travel nurses, doctors, teachers, and business professionals with families. Walking trails and cross country ski trails are accessible from our property. Close to hospitals and schools! Public transportation makes daily rounds to our neighborhood if necessary. Full kitchen, dining, bathroom, shower, tub, full-size washer and dryer all included! All towels and linens are provided. Weekly cleaning and laundry services are available for a small extra fee. High-speed WiFi. Five (yes 5!) Smart TV's with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, HBO Max, AppleTV, Peacock, and Paramount+ streaming services included! Enjoy the outdoors with your own private rooftop deck with a dining table, lounge, fire table, and gas barbecue grill. The neighborhood is very secure, outside the noise of the city, but close enough for easy access to shopping, schools, and hospitals. You can walk to hiking trails from your front door. During the winter, you can snow shoe, drive, or ski over to Hiltop ski resort for downhill ski-lifts and world class cross country ski trails. Come home each night to a luxurious and spacious apartment with a two person jacuzzi tub for long relaxing soaks. This is an upper level apartment, with a wide easy staircase to the entrance. Although it has extensive soundproofing throughout, the tenants below will hear your heavy movements. Please avoid loud late night activities like dance aerobics. This is not a party house. Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM, we ask all lodge guests to reduce excessive noise.

Fully furnished apartment. You may bring your own furniture, but you will be required to pay for movers to move out heavy furniture and move back in at end of lease. Minimum lease term is 3 months. Maximum lease term is 9 months. Month-to-Month rate is 10% additional with the following exception: June 1st - August 30th is off limits, $250 per day penalty if not moved out by June 1st. Full Lease agreement will be sent to qualified applicants.

    "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 15 years. It is a safe, well established neighborhood with older, custom built homes, with residents who take beautiful care of their lawns and homes. The area is lovely, and walkable both for exercise, for kids to go to school, etc. Holidays are my favorite, driving home and seeing each house decorated for the season. I also love the view of the mountains from my back deck. ;)"
