- Street parking but never had issues with finds a spot close, if not in front of unit daily.
- Plenty of storage space in basement
-Nice finished basement for 2nd living room, home office, etc.
-Response for maintenance requests have been prompt.

Available for rent and move in as early as February 15th, 2025. Preferred lease 12 - 16 months (lease ending in months of March, April, May, or June). Option to renew to be negotiated with landlord.

Monthly rent is $1,825, which includes water and trash by owner. Gas, electric, internet by renter. Security deposit equates to one month rent. Renters insurance not required but recommended. Landlord will require income 2x rent .

Note: This listing is by current renter and the unit is occupied with my belongings/furniture. Feel free to contact me if you would like to tour the property. Prefer 48 hr notice but can accommodate 24 hrs. This will not be a sublease, and renter will sign new lease direct with the landlord. My current lease ends on April 30th, 2025, so looking for someone to fill the spot prior to the end of my lease, preferably in February or by March 1st. Move in date negotiable/flexible.
