6 month lease then month to month after the fact. $1200 rent, utilities included, $1200 deposit (refundable). No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Renter expected to contribute to clean and orderly shared spaces. Renter expected to keep their bathroom clean (cleaning supplies provided).
