The home is the front unit on a 3-unit property. At the rear of the property, there is a two-story duplex as well as three detached single-car garages (see attached photo).
The bedrooms are cozy, but with ample closet space.

There is a single car detached garage but you aren't really able to park a car in there due to the configuration of the parking for the property and other 2 units which sit at the back end of the property. The small fenced side area is not accessible from inside the home, but through a gate behind the home. Bedrooms are small but have good sized closet storage.
