The furnished room includes a queen bed with two nightstands on either side. There is a lamp on each nightstand. There is a full sized closet for storage. The full bathroom is across the hall with lots of cabinet space. You will have a key to the front door for access. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a loveseat, and a massage chair (massage chair is for owners use). There is also a large tv. You can setup your own tv accounts to it. The kitchen is shared space. You may use the microwave, stove, oven, and fridge. The house is single story with laminate flooring in kitchen and family room. All bedrooms and living room are carpeted.

One occupant only for this listing. No smoking inside. No overnight guests. No pets. Water, garbage, power, internet included. Shared w/d, fridge, microwave. Shared hall bathroom with other roommate and visitors. Street parking. Preferred to have long term roommate, but will make exceptions. Please help take garbage outside if full. Please help move the outside garbage bins to the curb on trash day. Please clean your dishes when done.

    "I've lived in Milpitas for ten years and it's rapidly transforming. The schools are top tier in the newer residential neighborhoods and there's a nice urban+suburban feel to the area. Trader Joe's , Great Mall, and many parks are close by and it's very safe. Only Main Street remains an eyesore."

    "It’s decent taking the 880 fwy but it can get congested. I have even taken the streets some days to and/or from work. With traffic it is about a 25-30 minute commute. Without traffic it is less than 15 minutes."
