"Most of the neighborhood is seniors. There isn’t any public transportation except for taxis in the area, so driving is pretty vital."

"It is a small gated community, with mostly seniors. It is close to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and people are friendly. We have black bears and raccoons that traverse our neighborhood. "

"Live here. Close to everything, the library, hospital, grocery store, restaurants, dental, vision offices and medical clinic & lab. City police station two blocks away. Easy access to hwy. 101 and 9th St. Is essentially a continuation of hwy. 126 that connects to Rhody which is the street next to the Siuslaw River which flows into the Pacific ocean. Wildlife is occasionally seen in this area. great walking area."
