About this House

Lovely home on The golf course in the always popular seven hills 55+ golf community. This home has been very well maintained and is in move in condition. The kitchen features updated counter tops, a skylight in the ceiling, refinished cabinets and like almost every room in the house, a beautiful view of the golf course. Theres a dining area right next to the kitchen and both are open to the adjacent family room which has vaulted ceilings and a double sided fireplace shared with the formal living room. The entry is tiled and theres a wet bar in the living room. One of the guest bedrooms is currently being used as a den, but does have a closet. The second guest bedroom is at the front of the house. The master bedroom has closets with mirrored wardrobe doors and another wonderful golf course view. The large covered patio runs the entire length of the house and is like having another room entirely, just outside. Association fees are only $36/year. The city is out growing its small city infrastructure. Making traffic horrific. Enormous warehouses being built inside the city, will create local jobs!
