The unit shares a full-sized bathroom with 2 other studios. There are two sets of washer and dryers in the shared laundry room. The entire building, including your bathroom is professionally cleaned every two weeks.
UTILITIES: All utilities provided, including electricity (power), gas (heat), water and garbage. There is a $150/mo. utilities charge for these. Tenant responsible for their own cable/wi-fi.
Off-street parking available for $25/mo. Garages are available for $75/mo.
