About this House
We are renting the entire upper floor apartment of our 1916 home -- amazing light, lovely location with territorial view over Miller Park, and a modern design with high end finishes. Enjoy the charm and uniqueness of living in a home (rather than a sterile apartment complex) without the commitment of home ownership!
We call our apartment the "jewel box" for its one-of-a-kind awesomeness. Fully renovated modern design includes an open floor plan with interesting vaulted ceilings, four big skylights, a sunroom that converts to an open-air room onto the deck, and a beautiful Japanese-style bath. Attention to detail and reclaimed, eco-friendly materials give this unit a unique "Pacific Northwest" feel.
We never intended this unit to be a rental -- we hope you love it as much as we do! We would not have moved out of the space if we had not outgrown it (we now have two small kids).
