Don't worry about finding parking, you'll have a spot right out back! This is the second-floor apartment in a building with 2 separate apartments. Private entrance. Very clean and quaint property. The carpet in the photos has been replaced. There is a shared laundry room in the basement and a shared fenced in yard. Plenty of closet and storage space. Small porch off of kitchen entrance. Water, sewer and trash are included. Tenant pays electric. Showings will not be scheduled without a pre-approved application. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Small dogs will be considered with additional pet fees and pet rent. I'm sorry, but cats are not permitted. All ESA and service animals are accepted with no additional fees upon document validation through Pet Screening.

Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
