Also within thirty minutes of Greenbriar, Gambrill, Harpers Ferry, Cunningham Falls, South mountain, and Catoctin Mountain parks. The perfect place to be for night life and outdoor adventure. Has a very large and spacious fridge with relatively modern working appliances. The neighbors are quiet and very friendly. Has a wood burning fire place with lamanent flooring throughout the main areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Master has a walk in closet but the guest room has a very spacious closet as well with tons of shelving. The outdoor deck area is spacious and has a good sized outdoor closet with shelving.

Lease term will have two options: One Year 2,100 a month or 6 months 2,300 a month. First month's rent will be pro rated based on the remaining days of the month the renter moves in for the first month. First month's rent and the security deposit will be expected to be paid before renter moves in. Water and sewage are paid for by the landlord, renter is only expected to pay for internet and electricity. There will be a small 50 dollar application fee to cover the background check. Renter will need to provide two paystubs when applying. Two month's prior to the lease ending Renter will need to notify the landlord if they plan on moving out or staying. In This lease the landlord will come over once a month or once every other month to make sure the fire alarms are working and to make sure the air and water filters do not need to be replaced for the well being of the tenant. No smoking is allowed. Pets will be allowed if they are housed in cages or aquariums. So rodents, reptiles, fish, and amphibians are allowed.
