The clubhouse amenities include an exercise room with equipment and a pool. There is also a playground and basketball court. Security deposit is the same as the rent. The lease set-up/initiation fee is $300.00 (due at lease signing). If you want to apply, there is a non-refundable $50 application fee. We require two months of current paystubs and a copy of your Drivers License attached to the application. One year of continuous employment is needed. We do accept cosigners and guarantors.
