About this House

Single-story brick home offering 1,896 square feet of flexible living space on a quarter-acre-plus lot in an established Sugar Land neighborhood. Three bedrooms and two full baths are arranged in an open, easy-flowing floor plan, with a generous main living area, large windows, and clean transitions between living, dining, and kitchen. Original 1961 construction with the solid bones and mature setting that newer builds can't replicate. The backyard is the standout. An expansive herringbone brick paver courtyard spans the full width of the lot room for multiple vehicles, a boat or trailer, basketball, or large-scale entertaining. An oversized detached two-car garage with an automatic door anchors the space, and a covered patio off the rear of the home extends the living area outdoors. Fully privacy-fenced with mature shade trees.

  • Shelly M.
"I currently live in village of oak lakes. However, I have been in Sugarland for three years now. I have noticed that Aliana is the new up and coming neighborhood and sidewalks/parks are no longer being taken care of properly. Some roads don’t have sidewalks at all. There aren’t many neighborly functions and most homes do not celebrate in holidays. "
  • Lynn
"This is a great family neighborhood with kids of all ages. Retired people and grandparents as well. Very few single people."
  • Texastowing
"great place good neighborhood surroundings are secured no crimes PEOPLE do real time SURVEILLANCE for others Would definitely recommend "

"Good school .. close for shopping .. wonderful neighborhood good sidewalk Good school .. close for shopping .. wonderful neighborhood good sidewalk "
  • Raquel S.
"People love dogs but there are quite a few “neighborhood” dogs that owners let free to walk the neighborhood and get too comfortable with it. I don’t agree with it but just have your dog leashed so they don’t interact with the other ones"
  • Michael C.
"Nice neighbors and clean area for families to live at. Children can play without worry and all the supermarkets are near."
  • Rizwan A.
"Nice to walk in neighbourhood and enjoy the Clubhouse and swimming pool. Good shaded area. Good lake and birds and trees and picnic area."
