This front bedroom has BRAND NEW flooring. Lots of natural light, closet with hangers, and the bathroom just outside your door with extra linen closet space in the hall.

There are 2 Current housemates toward the backside of the house.

We'd Prefer a LGBT friendly roomie. great place for students or military. We're friendly, hardworking, and respectful of boundaries and home cleanliness. Looking for someone who's equally as clean and dependable. Occasional holiday gatherings, or wine & movie nights are also enjoyed by all. Also cannabis friendly on the patio, but there's no smoking in the house. Looking forward to meeting our next roomie.
