3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story house in the Hollywood Hills available Feb 1st or before for a minimum 1 year lease. Built in 1912, it is a lovely and unique house at the end of a quiet tree lined street in the hills, but within walking distance of Hollywood Boulevard. A great neighborhood street with a private park at the bottom and a dog run - with a real community feel. At the end of the lane, surrounded by green, and perched above the street making it feel hidden from the city. An old school Hollywood Hills vibe with lots of original and artistic elements, but kept up to be a functional modern home. Monthly yard maintenance included in the rent. The house is just off Franklin, in the hills near the Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood and Highland, Sunset Blvd, La Brea, etc.In front there is a porch and a front yard with a guava tree and behind a small back garden. The house has: working brick fireplace, hard wood floors, plenty of shelving, french doors, old tiling in the kitchen, wooden staircase, master bedroom with a closet, a great space for an office. The main bathroom is spacious with a lovely claw foot bath tub. . In the back, where the washer and dryer is, there is a mural along the retaining wall in front of the back garden. Available Feb 1st - if you need to move in a couple of days earlier, we could arrange that. The house has been completely repainted and repaired. We are having an open house January 19 or 20 but viewing available beforehand.
