5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe food is bad, I would get threatened by classmates often, people bring knifes and weapons to school. The teachers don't help much with these problems, lots of bullying and harassment. One time someone brought a knife to a lunch room and tried to stab a classmate, lots of physical violence and fights, as well as threats between people and other things. Not only that but their milk tends to be curtoled and taste horrible, so be careful of the milk. Their pizza tastes like cardboard, and their food just doesn't taste or look the best in general.Student Review1mo ago - Waverley Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI absolutely have loved this school. My child attended her entire elementary school years at Waverley and it has been a wonderful experience. The amount of time and energy the teachers and staff put in goes above and beyond what anyone could hope for. Ofcourse there may be a few complaints you could find but overall this is a 5 star school. It is very diverse and has the staff readiness to ensure your child a great learning environment with any special needs they may have. I have walk down the halls to take my child to her class room and a staff member was playing the guitar and singing greeting all the kids. Some of the staff and teachers have been there for over 20 years with so much experience. I could go on and on about this school. It is not just a school it becomes an extended family to your child. You will not be disappointed. Great job Waverley!!!Parent Review9y ago - Monocacy Middle School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school doesn't give all students the same education, along with being completely biased. Theres fights galore here and it almost seems like the teachers enjoy it. Along with the fact this school claims to be a "anti bulling school", and "all races are allowed", and "everyone is treated equal." But the "funny" thing is that this school is the complete opposite, and if you bring it up to a staff they will say they need evidence, yet the cameras in the school only goes back 2 weeks, so they cant have any evidence other then statements which they dont even listen to. To some it up, i do not recommend this school unless you want to be tormented by both staff and students every dayParent Review2y ago - Check out schools near 202 Shannonbrook Ln.

"Neighborhood is very dog friendly. People are constantly walking dogs of all sizes and breeds. We have a 100 pound Rottweiler and have no issues walking her in the neighborhood. Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."

"That people respect each other spaces on the sidewalks, but there is a problem with picking up at the pets. Even though there are receptacles with bags and then hang on waste area for them to put them in, so no need to be lazy."
