Our house is a real charmer, with wooden floors and a very "vintage" vibe. Though the place is just 1332 square feet, the house feels quite spacious.
The house is located in the Tam Junction area, up on a hill. The house is surrounded by a huge yard and offers amazing views of the mountains, trees, Mount Tamalpais and the Bay below. Mill Valley is a magical town. Anyone who lives here feels lucky.
There are two or three bedrooms, depending on how one counts. One room could be used as an office or a bedroom. The master bedroom has a nice walk-in closet and sliding door that opens onto a deck, which looks out onto some wonderful landscaping.
Our home's gas heat works fine in the winter. There is no air-conditioning, but rarely is air-conditioning needed or wanted. There is ample storage below the house, with sturdy
storage racks built in.
Over the years we've added many improvements. Everything is in excellent condition.
We love our neighbors and it's extremely important to us that we keep them happy. We might move back into the house at some point and don't want anyone to generate any ill will. We seek tenants who are settled, quiet and friendly.
The place is unfurnished. Rent is $6,000 per month, with a one-year minimum lease. Eighteen months would be better. If you want to lease longer than a year, we can discuss renewal options.
You will need to pay a security deposit of $6,000 and you pay all utilities, which will go under your name.
The house is available for move-in Monday, December 1.
We live in LA but, as it so happens, we will be in Mill Valley THIS SUNDAY, October 19. Message me right away if you'd like to see the place and we'll set up a time to meet.

I along with my parents requested an IEP for years with the administration refusing every time until my 8th grade year which then improved my grades so much more. I am a single mother and have raised two beautiful daughters in this community. We chose Park school mainly because it was closest to our house however, I have to say that it was a phenomenal choice!I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the teachers and their devotion to the job! Kids have access during the schooldays to art, outdoor education, music, and much more. There are tons of extracurricular activities available on campus after school, which is a really lovely addition to the school experience. The architecture is absolutely stunning.This school honestly has some great teachers and courses that make me excited to learn. I feel like there are many options for electives and clubs here.Also, the environment of the school is pretty inclusive. There are many students from different backgrounds, and it seems that we fight back against inequalities.This school also is very flexible, and most staff are kind.
