Outside is a large partially fenced backyard (a small section by the drive way is not fenced in but easily could be), large covered patio and the covered carport offers convenient off-street parking.

*Please note: the grass is currently dead as the home has been vacant during the rehab. We are in the process of cleaning it up and once a new tenant is in place and available to water we will seed.

Small pet with approval (no cats) and $600 non-refundable pet deposit.
