Welcome home to this beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in a great Walla Walla neighborhood! With plenty of space inside and out, this home offers the perfect combination of comfort, functionality, and updated style.

The home features 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms downstairs, bathrooms located on each floor, a large dining room and additional space in the kitchen for seating, and brand new stainless steel appliances. In the basement you'll find a large bonus room (second living room) as well as a large utility room with washer and dryer hookups and plenty of storage. Outside is a large partially fenced backyard (a small section by the drive way is not fenced in but easily could be), large covered patio and the covered carport offers convenient off-street parking.

*Please note: the grass is currently dead as the home has been vacant during the rehab. We are in the process of cleaning it up and once a new tenant is in place and available to water we will seed.

Small pet with approval (no cats) and $600 non-refundable pet deposit.

In that seven minutes I often fear for his safety because it seems that other commuters have forgotten how to drive on narrow roads or through four way stops. He was recently rear-ended by a teenager while stopped at a four way intersection. Aside from motorists he has to constantly be on guard for random pedestrian and bicyclists who seemingly walk into the street without checking for traffic. "
