About this House

Great family home with a side porch and fully fenced yard. The home has new paint in and out, new floors, and new metal roofs on sheds. A new shingle roof was completed in 2009. The living room is bright and cheery with windows across the front. The kitchen has many cabinets for storage as well as a pantry. Behind the carport is a bonus room with heat and AC. Two very large storage buildings are in the back yard.September 2017: Tie-downs have been installed and floors have been leveled. $1000 worth of repairs have just been completed also!

    "No sidewalks to walk on...you have to walk in the street. Dog-friendly neighborhood and lots of familiars dog owners. Because of the wildlife, you must go out with your small dogs, you can’t leave them out alone. "

    "I only live here part time, but the neighborhood is friendly and well kept. Ramsey park is very close with many amenities including multiple sport fields, dog park, library, pool, children’s play area, bbq areas, skating park and a hiking trail. Payson is a vey outdoorsy place with 35 hiking trail around the city limits and many, many more trails, water areas, camping etc. Truly an outdoor persons dream place."

If you love 4 seasons and the outdoors this is one of the best places to live. And if you don’t like the current weather you can wait 15 mins or drive 15 mins in any direction and it will change. "
