Description

Welcome home to almost 2000 square feet of home, featuring magnificent Mogollon Rim Views to die for, SOLAR, 4+ bedrooms, and fenced yards... all while being close to town! Will have KITCHEN REMODELED with stainless appliances and solid-surface countertops and new flooring downstairs (currently carpeted) before move in.

This clean, well-cared for home will check all the boxes for you with the main living space and 2 bedrooms and full bath on the main floor, to take full advantage of those views. The vaulted living space is spacious and maximizes the views on the front of the home. The covered deck is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the majestic beauty of Rim Country to the north, as well as the twinkling lights of Payson below. Watch the Town of Payson's July 4th fireworks from your deck!

Downstairs you have another bedroom with a HUGE walk in closet, a 3/4 bath, a kitchen/laundry (front load washer/dryer included!) and a large flex space/living room that has been divided to provide another bedroom and an office/storage space (NOT shown in pictures yet). Front yard is accessible to the downstairs, with a cleared area for pets.

PERFECT for multi generational fams; Grandma or the teens can be downstairs, leaving mom and dad in their own space upstairs. Or an excellent layout for sharing with roomies!

We know how tough it can be starting out, so we love helping new renters enter the housing market and can work with you and your family/friends to get you into this home and starting your credit building journey, as we utilize electronic rental payment platforms that build your credit background.

The turfed backyard is fenced and perfect for a pupper or 2! A large shed makes it easy to stow your extras. There's even another yard area above the back yard where elk like to visit! Get your green thumb ready, because survival gardening can be a reality on this large space!

Plenty of parking on long driveway and front parking area.

Tenant pays electric, which is solar, so you probably won't wind up paying anything. Tenant also pays water and trash services (No gas/propane).

Currently occupied; please do not disturb tenants.

No smoking/Vaping in or on property to where smoke can blow back into home.

Breed restrictions apply due to insurance. No pitties, dobies, wolves, etc.

All adult tenants required to complete the background/credit check. Any roommate situations will require all adults to do a background AND credit check. No credit? That's OK! We can work with you!

Rate listed is based on a 12-month lease. Upon request a 6-month or month-to-month lease will be considered at an adjusted rate.

If you love 4 seasons and the outdoors this is one of the best places to live. And if you don’t like the current weather you can wait 15 mins or drive 15 mins in any direction and it will change. "
