About this House
This is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom (3/1) all tile home with a huge heavily treed fenced in backyard and 2 storage sheds (one of which has electrical power) located in a safe neighborhood on a dead-end road located approximately 1.5 miles east of Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton near state road 64 and 2 blocks from the Manatee River. The kitchen has a large amount of storage space with stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal. There is a small kitchen dining room area located next to the kitchen. There is a moderate size living room area. Solar film that blocks 80% of the heat has been installed on the western and eastern most windows to reduce the electric bill. There are 2 classic bedrooms both that have closets and ceiling fans. There is an additional 3rd room which is flexible in nature and has a separate dedicated entrance that receives central air conditioning flow and has an additional air conditioning unit that keeps this room extremely cold at minimal cost. There is one bathroom with a tub shower combination and vanity. There is a carport area that can service two cars and several other parking spaces on the street and lawn exist. The laundry room is located in the carport and has additional storage space capacity. There is a huge fenced in backyard with several huge trees that provide massive shade protection for the backyard and a good portion of the house. In the backyard there are 2 additional large storage sheds one of which has electrical power. This house is located on a dead-end road and the majority of neighbors on this road own their homes therefore there is no through traffic in this area and has proven to be a safe neighborhood. I would allow one or two small/medium sized well behaved dogs and/or cats. This house is ready now. I do NOT charge first, last, and security. If interested please text or call Don.
