The home sits directly across from Manatee Elementary School and is close to downtown Bradenton, the Bradenton Riverwalk along the Manatee River, Manatee Memorial Hospital, and the galleries and restaurants of the Village of the Arts. US-301, US-41 and State Road 64 (Manatee Avenue) are all nearby, with I-75 accessible from the State Road 64 interchange to the east. LECOM Park and the Bishop Museum of Science and Nature are not far, and the home is not far from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport and the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island.
