About this House

Located in the Mt. Baker neighborhood close to Lake Washington and the Burke-Gilman Trail with restaurants, a coffee shop and bakery nearby (5 minute walk).
Cove ceilings, wood-wrapped windows, and original hardwood floors give this home some "character" often lacking in modern construction.
The master bedroom has an attached office/nursery as well as a bathroom and heated tile floor.
There is a detached garage (277 sq. ft.) with power and an electric garage door. Also, a long driveway which is unusual in this neighborhood.
New carpeting throughout in 2023. Newer appliances include a Bosch dishwasher and LG washing machine.

Small dogs are negotiable due to the concern of potential damage to the hardwood floors

"Community gatherings and also there are schools nearby that host school events. I also like the local shops that are nearby. It adds a lot of local feel to the community that can’t be found in other places. I also like Christmas time as there seems to be more of a feel of community during this time and during any of the holidays"

"I've lived in this neighborhood for the last 4 years. It's a fairly quiet residential neighborhood with a lot of families. Close to a high school and only about a 5 minute drive to the lake! There's an incredible view of the city within a 10 minute walk and many cute restaurants nearby. The commute to downtown is only 30 minutes by bus or 20 by the light rail which is conveniently located within a 10 minute walking distance."
