7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHere's the deal. Yes, there are clicks, like every other place. There is a majority white population, but the population is changing. If your child focuses on the schooling and not on the clicks, the school is a great place for your child to thrive. Have them enroll in the after-school activities, which there is a ton of, Football, Soccer, basketball, track, swimming, etc. Any issues with bullying, you are the best advocate for your child and if you bring it up, it will not be tolerated. We were hesitant at first, but living it, we have found our children to thrive in this school district overall.Parent Review1y ago - Lynbrook South Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLynbrook South Middle, is a great school. Educators are helpful, polite and always making the students are safe. The school and teachers have a great communication system with the parents. South Middle has a no tolerance policy on bullying, they take complaints very seriously. The sports curriculum is extensive and inclusive. My Daughter feels safe and happy in this school, and for that I thank all the staff for their great work to the students.Parent Review9mo ago - Marion Street School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat Schools you need to update your information, because the school does quite well across state standards. I also can't speak to some of the older reviews, but the school is nothing as described. The principal, teachers, and staff are very approachable and friendly and they all care about the well-being and success of each and every child. There are many activities to challenge minds, as well as activities for the students to have fun and get to know their peers. PTA is very active and tries to include all and increase membership to reflect the student body, as well as to bring new voices and fresh ideas for the benefit of all. Many go on to have great academic "careers" through middle school, high school, and beyond.Parent Review2y ago - Kindergarten Center

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe Kindergarten Center was amazing...they helped my Granddaughter adjust. They were kind and understanding and now she is in Marion School and they are just as wonderful....Other Review10y ago - Check out schools near 20 Starks Pl #1.

"I feel like we are a dog loving community as there are so good dog walking shops most places wouldn’t kick you out if you had a small dog with you (maybe a big one they would) but you can walk your dogs on the Gries trail and there are usually poop bags available in the dispensers with a trash can, but they are out a lot of the time because its a popular spot to walk dogs.
