The secondary seasonal residence 'Intercrest' which has been used for summer rentals, has seven bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath. It also has one of the loveliest views around of Watch Hill Harbor and Napatree Point. Both houses share onsite parking for 8+ cars and a 16 bedroom septic system (2014).
