A very private and well maintained home located in nice neighborhood on the end of a dead end street. 3 bedrooms, all with lots of light (1 large, 1 medium, and 1 small). Hardwood floors throughout the home. Full bathroom with shower/tub. Full washer and dryer in full basement. An attached accessory apartment is rented as well with separate entrances. It is similar to an inlaw suite but it is more private and is a completely separate unit. By renting the home you will share the main driveway, with your own two spaces for parking including a separate side dirt driveway (possible 3rd space). The large wrap around porch is big enough for an outdoor dining set. You will have sole use of half the yard which is private and a good space for relaxation.

Tenants responsible for utilities (besides water and septic), their own snow removal and mowing their lawn space. Mower and shovels provided.

1 Mile From UNH. 5 minutes to dover. 15 minutes to Portsmouth

No pets.

Oyster River School District is highly rated nationally. Students in Durham have the opportunity to take courses for free at the university in high school, if they have good grades. Durham offers many recreational and community activities, as does the university, Durham also offers many amenities, like city water and trash pick up. It's an ideal place to live - safe, quiet, good activities, proximity to shopping and the ocean, and only about an hour to the mountains, Boston, and Portland."
