There is also a linen closet in the master bathroom. The guest bathroom also has a granite top vanity. The 2 car garage has a smart remote opener and the garage floor was painted with epoxy paint with decorative color chips.

This community has a resort style pool, walking trail, doggie park and a children play area. Tenant has access to all the amenities. To rent this house you will need a family income of 3 times the monthly rent and no evictions ever. The rent is $2350 and the security deposit is $2350. All adults have to complete a credit and background check form. Small dogs and cats are welcome for a one time none refundable fee of $300 per pet. (2 pets maximum).
