About this House

Whole house for rent with 3 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths and big open-concept living room/kitchen (with newly re-done Terrazzo floors, and freshly painted!) Beautiful view into the enormous Tropical Paradise in the backyard! There is also a separate bonus room or dining room with French doors, (with tile floor), with views to backyard. (Rent is unfurnished, but I am leaving the day bed, because that's the only bed that fits comfortably in that room. Also, leaving an Antique dresser for you to use.) There is an attached 1 1/2 size garage for storage. (owner has 1/3 of the garage for storage, and you can either have 2/3rd for a small car, or storage.) There is a washing machine and dryer in the garage for you to use.

This HUGE, Private Backyard is spectacular! (You have to see it to believe it!) This home has very limited times to view it. (every 2 weeks on a Saturday, or Sunday morning, and appointments must be made in advance). Please text the phone number to schedule an appt. in advance and to schedule with the owner.)
This home has a huge Built-in pool, (original tiles are chipped and some are missing, but it's a great pool to swim laps, because it is long.) It is an outdoor pool, so if you do the backstroke at night, you can look up into the sky and see the stars and it's heaven!) It also has a lot of tropical palm trees, statues, and a shade canopy, with a table and chairs to sit outside and eat and drink, or just hang out with friends and family and enjoy the peaceful, beautiful, tropical view. or you can hang a hammock and take a nap. There is even a Tiki Hut with a bench to sit and enjoy a Pina Colada, while you watch your kids swim. It doesn't get any better than this!

You don't need to go anywhere from this Tropical Paradise, but if you venture out, this home is centrally located 10 mins. from Clearwater Beach, Downtown Clearwater, Theater, and Ruth Eckert Hall is 20 minutes away, with famous performers, concerts, comedians, etc. Beautiful Sunsets 2 miles down the end of the street at Sunset Pt. Rd. every night! It's also 2 miles from Downtown Dunedin, with many street festivals every weekend, and shopping, bars, live music, and restaurants. The Pinellas Trail is close, (less than a mile) with biking, jogging, and walking trail. It's an 8 minute drive to Dunedin Causeway/beach and Honeymoon Island. 15 minutes to Downtown Safety Harbor, (with Street festivals every 3rd Fridays).
5 minutes to Dunedin Library. Dunedin elementary and middle schools within walking distance. 30 minutes to Tampa Airport. 20 minutes to Clearwater/St. Pete Airport. 30 minutes to St Pete Beach. It's a great location and a super, safe, friendly, and quiet, walkable neighborhood.

Appointments can be set to see the house and back yard in advance!, NEXT AVAILABLE Appts: TOMORROW: Saturday, July 25th, 2026. with the owner. (or maybe Sunday 7/26 in the morning only!?) If you want another time in between the 2 weeks: I may have a friend that can let you in if you TEXT, and leave your name/day you would like to see it, IN ADVANCE, to set up a day/time, depending on availability, but I would rather meet you in person on 7/25!)
There is VERY LIMITED times to see this property, so you need to please TEXT me to schedule your appt. time ASAP (in advance) to set up the date and time, (but this might go fast, so please book your appt NOW!) Thank you for adhering to these requests. If you have to cancel, please give at least 1-2 days notice before the appointment time, (if possible.) Thank you.

First and last month's rent, plus security deposit, due at signing. NO SMOKING or drugs ALLOWED, or burning open candles, at all inside the house! Pets: (ONE small dog,(under 25 lbs.) and cats allowed. All occupants living in the house must be listed on the lease, (even children) and all occupants (over 21 years of age) provide financial proof of income and agree to a criminal background check, (and any previous evictions need not apply.)
If persons are NOT listed on the lease, and living there, (or if the tenant adds more pets than originally listed on the lease), the lease will immediately be invalid and terminated, and all the renters can be evicted immediately. Adults must supervise at all times and be in the pool area, while children under ages 14 are in the pool area. The house is not furnished, but a couple of items are left for renters to use, (but they must leave the same furniture in good condition, when they leave.) Renters pay their own utilities. Lawn and landscaping and pool chemical maintenance are included in the rent. (Tenants must sweep the sides of the pool once a week, and scoop up the leaves on the bottom of the pool themselves). Free parking on the street and the driveway. (You can fit up to 4 small economy cars in the driveway if you pull far up and over to one side). Fit 1 small economy car in the garage, (or you can use 2/3rd of the garage for a small storage area, and Owner has 1/3 of the garage for storage) Garage door opens manually.
