There is also 1/2 of a two car garage shared with the downstairs neighbors with an EV Charger.
The unit does not have a yard though the resident has access to the entire community which has individual gardens (which can be signed up for), grass yards, beautiful flowers and outside tables and chairs. There is also a shared common house where there is a gym, commercial kitchen, two shared washers and dryers (with just a few residents), and guest room with up to a week a year of use. Residents may also use the common house for personal events.
Living in Lyons Valley Village is a great place for someone who values engagement with neighbors and community. There are community potlucks, birthday parties, games and music. The community is an intentional co-housing where people pitch in to care for each other as well as take care of the property. With the benefits there are some standard home maintenance responsibilities.

Tenant is responsible for their own electric, gas and internet. Water and sewer are paid for by the HOA.
