Location: Ten minute walk from Stadium Armory metro station (blue/orange/silver lines), Rosedale public pool, and RFK fields! Districted for Maury Elementary School, considered one of the best public elementary schools in the District. About a 20 minute walk or 7 minute bike ride to H Street Corridor bars and restaurants! Very friendly neighbors, some new and some boasting generations of history in the Kingman Park neighborhood.

The Space: Three upstairs bedrooms with two full bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), both with tubs. There is a small additional room behind the kitchen which previous tenants have used as an office, a home gym, and a carpentry workshop. Big backyard by District standards, which is currently a bit rough-and-ready, but is ready for the gardening or patio-sitting enthusiast to make it their own.

Street parking is readily available with a Zone 6 permit from the DC DMV (easily purchased for $50 per year with proof of address).
