First month 1/2 with 16 month lease. Showing appointments beginning 03/03. House was fully renovated inside and out the middle of 2020. Landscaping maintenance is already worked into the rent. Furniture and washer/dryer are shown for staging only. Backyard shared with Guest Casita rented separately. No smoking or vaping inside the residence.     "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
