This home is centrally located in upper fells point, a few blocks from Patterson park, and a 10 minute walk to Johns Hopkins Hospital and Fells Point.
Convenient to a liquor store and mini markets within a block or two as well.
Central air conditioning.
Cozy deck off second floor.
Pet friendly with additional non-refundable fee.
Rent is $1300 per month + utilities
Available March, flexible move in date.

Renter is responsible for taking over the BGE account.
Water is 1 bill for the entire house (all 3 units) and will be billed by the landlord on a monthly basis.
Pets are permitted, but there will be a non-refundable pet fee of $350.
