Room Description

Huge sunny bedroom for rent in two bedroom rowhouse, with private deck. Essentially the whole 2nd floor can be yours. Private bath (not attached to the room but just across the hallway), and massive walk in closet. Additional decks on the 1st and 3rd floors. Central heating/AC, in-unit laundry. BGE/water/wifi shared. Two blocks from Patterson Park, and very walkable to Fells Point and countless bars/restaurants.

I'm the owner and live here - 38M architect/craftsperson. I like cooking, art, plants, fixing things (pretty consistently tinkering around the house - it's 130 years old so needs regular love), music, and games. I'm mostly happy to keep to myself but ideally looking for someone who's at least a little social and has some things in common. I have a Bernie Sanders magnetic finger puppet on the fridge, if that's important to you.

Looking for a considerate and tidy housemate. If interested, please write with a little about yourself.

Other than the bedroom the house is pretty well stocked; I welcome some new things but if you have a ton of furniture you're attached to it may not be a good fit!
