"Nothing makes it unique. Drug are getting bad in this area. Parking stinks, people are loud at all hours on the weekend. The recording studio on Butler Street always smells like weed when you walk by. Not somewhere I want my kids to grow up. Planning on moving soon. "

"EXCELLENT access to rt 28 going north or south (5 minutes to city center). Route 8 runs through Etna. My commute is fast and little traffic. "
