Restaurants and shops nearby include Millie's Market, Far East Taco Grille, Safeway, Ross, Pizza Hut, Dollar Store, and Rainbow. Less than a mile away is the H Street corridor. There is an application fee of $50 per applicant. The minimum lease term is for one year. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. The minimum credit score required is 700. Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity. Cats allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $300.
