The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and is furnished with a queen-sized bed and television. There are two furnished guest bedrooms, one with a desk.
The living room has a decorative fireplace and television. The dining room features built-in cabinetry and French doors.
The backyard is an oasis with a large deck, seating area and fireplace. The front porch is a great area for relaxing and enjoying the neighborhood. Quarterly lawn service is included.
There is parking for one car and a washer/dryer in the lower level.
This home is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, parks and downtown.
Available January 9 to May 2025 (can be a little flexible on these dates). Fully furnished -- just bring your toothbrush and laptop! Tenants pay w/s/g, gas and electricity. No pets, no smoking, please. We do have an indoor/outdoor cat that tenant will care for.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR TENANCY
-Gross income must be at least three times rent.
-If we are unable to verify employment, two months of the most recent pay stubs will be required.
-All credit ratings must be favorable with no collections, judgments or other adverse credit history and must have a minimum credit score of 700.
-Current and prior references from landlords must be favorable, with no record of eviction (exceptions as stated by Mayor Durkin on March 3, 2020).
-As part of our screening process for all applicants, Sex Offender Registry Information is reviewed.
