This unit is very unique with a lot of charm! This unit is an upper level 2 story 4-bedroom 2 bath duplex apartment. There is a unit below this one. The kitchen has a lot of extra cabinet space. Stackable washer & dryer in unit. There is a small common yard that is shared. There is a small deck off the back door. Parking is available on the street. Tenant will NOT have access to the garage. Tenant responsible for 60% of the utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, & garbage). Landlord will provide lawncare & snow removal.
