The Neighborhood:

The East Austin Studio Tour, the biggest open studio event in Texas, is held here every year, where you can explore the works of over 300 artists. The area is also home to a diverse selection of restaurants, bars, and food trucks, offering everything from Tex-Mex and barbecue to vegan and vegetarian options. With easy access to downtown and the University of Texas, East Austin is the perfect blend of city living and community charm. Don't miss out on this exciting neighborhood!
Getting Around:
We recommend that guests rent a car during your stay in Austin as many of Austin's best attractions and fun things to do are scattered around the city and much more convenient when accessed by car. While there are certainly public transportation options such as buses and individual transportation options such as scooters/bikes/mopeds, these options are mainly convenient and readily available around the downtown Austin area and quickly becomes sparse even a couple miles outside of city center. Rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are also great options but expenses can quickly add up as Austin rideshare rates are on the higher end and can surge very high during busy times, such as 2AM on weekends and during large events such as SXSW, conferences, F1, etc.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.
Other Things to Note
- We would love to welcome guests who book our apartment the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the unit for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm.
- We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
- Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.
- The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware.
- For longer term stays over 45 days, guests are required to pay for monthly full-home cleaning services at $80/clean in addition to the original amount for the reservation. This requirement cannot be waived and must be paid prior to each monthly cleaning service.
- Registration for your car is required for garage parking in the assigned spot. Unregistered cars and additional cars more than 1 must park outside along the street otherwise they will be towed if parked in the garage without approved registrations. To register your vehicle for permit to park inside the garage, please send us the following information: License Plate State, License Plate Number, Vehicle Year, Vehicle Make, Vehicle Model, Vehicle Color. Violation of parking policy and registration requirements will be the guest's responsibility.
- All packages (except USPS) for guests delivered to our address will be delivered into the LuxerOne lockers in the building. The first 2 days of storage in the lockers after delivery are free, after the 2nd day, guests will accrue a daily charge of $5/day/locker, up to a maximum of 7 days. After 7 days the package will be returned to the sender and a $10 fee per locker will be charged to the guest account. Please be aware that the mailbox, which is used by USPS, is not available to guests and any items delivered to the mailbox cannot be retrieved.
Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER pet cleaning fee applies :
1- 4 Nights : $25 Per Night
5-29 Nights : $200
30+ Nights : $300/month
