House is located in between Monmouth and York streets on 9th street and is close enough to entertainment and many jobs for walking, but far enough away to have great off-street parking and not deal with traffic. It has a front courtyard with fence, but there is no yard and grass to mow. This house is not ideal for a single family given the number of large bedrooms and size of house. Rather, it is setup for 3-5 great friends looking to share a huge place, centrally located to downtown, colleges, entertainment and jobs. Details: 5 Bedrooms, First floor: 14x17, 14x17 (incl half bath); Second floor: Master #1 17 x 18 (incl full bathroom), Master #2 (direct access to full bath), 12x8 w built in bunk bed. 4 Bathrooms - 2 full baths upstairs (Tub + shower); 2 half baths downstairs There are 2 large 20 x 15 living areas for couches, tvs, tables, etc.. The full basement is standing height with washer, dryer and courtyard access. The house has carpeting, hardwood and vinyl flooring throughout the house on both levels. Rooms are clean and neat. Windows are 2 years old, water heater brand new, high efficiency furnace is tuned for Fall. No pets are preferred. 12 month lease required First and Last month's rent required to move into the home. Renters required to pay all utilities. Duke bills expected to be $300 before splitting. Base rent is $1,200 per month for 3 people.     "Close to almost anything in the Cincinnati area. If commute is a top priority this is the cheapest location with the shortest commute. I work 30 mins up north in Springdale which is a 25 mile drive. In 30 mins I could probably make it down to Williamstown, KY. South of MLK Street can be a bit unsafe just fyi."
