    "The closest freeway on-ramp is about 15 minutes away and almost everything requires a commute. Nothing is centrally located and the area is much hotter than other parts of the valley. Iā€™ve lived in the San Fernando Valley for almost 50 years in different parts and this is, by far, my least favorite area to live. "

Police are nearby and they are responsive. More homeless vehicles are popping up, but those camping in front of businesses are removed quickly. Overall, very safe and clean. "
