The POA itself has instigated over 700 lawsuits against 1300 families over the years. Lots of natural beauty, but distant for shopping and jobs. "

The school bus came right to my door. Great 4-H club ! Great week-ends at the lakes, on the slopes, sledding, hiking, fishing, hunting, and on it goes! All of the recreational opportunities you could want and all can be done in a day trip!"
