No smoking in units, If you have a small dog there is a $300 deposit on each pet. No central heating and air, new pro Series evaporator coolers are being installed along with new roof and new painted fascia. Parking not allowed in main driveway but each house has there own drive way that can park up to four cars. My rental terms are month to month. Tenants are asked to water there yard and mow lawn.

    "the animals, wild, domestic and stock in our neighborhood are pretty amazing. we have ducks, chickens, dogs, and cats. our neighbors have horses, cattle, goats and sheep. We also have all sorts of wild animals about like turkeys,deer, dove, raccoons, fox, Hawks, turtles, lots of different birds and the occasional hair."
