Lease Terms Month-to-Month Furnished Rental

Lease Type
This property is offered as a furnished month-to-month rental with a minimum initial term of 28 days, in compliance with local regulations.

Term
The lease automatically renews on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with proper written notice.

Notice to Vacate
Either party may terminate the lease with 30 days written notice. Notice must align with the rental cycle and be acknowledged in writing.

Rent
Monthly rent is due in full on the first day of each rental month. Rent includes furnished use of the property, WiFi, standard utilities, and routine pool maintenance, unless otherwise stated.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required prior to move-in. The deposit will be returned within the legally required timeframe after move-out, less any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear or unpaid charges.
