About this House

BEAUTIFUL GREEN HOUSE FOR RENT

Perfect for a few professionals or a young family! I was first struck by the Brazilian hardwood floors and then lured in by the charm of the giant window in the living room.

It's an energy efficient home, with a balcony off the master bedroom. There are two, almost identically sized, other bedrooms, which share a bathroom in the hallway.

A few minutes from downtown and a stoplight away from Haywood road, it's a great location.

No fenced yard, but there is an outdoor closet AND a shed for tools/toys/gear/whatever you have that doesn't belong in the house. There's also a crawl space for camping gear or Christmas decorations or whatever extra items you have that you don't want cluttering your living area.

There is a steep driveway - there's the ability to have two cars flat at the top, single file. You can also park on the street, as it's city parking.

I don't know what to call the style of the house - modern, I suppose - but regardless it is a great space with good energy and history. No ghosts, unfortunately, the home was built in 2017 and there just hasn't been enough time for that.
